| 1. Are the Smoke Hoods "NIOSH" approved? |
 | No, NIOSH does not have a test standard for Smoke Escape Hoods |

| 2. What standards do the hoods meet? |
| At present, North America has only a written standard (ANSI 110) but no
testable standard. The EN403 is the testable European standard to which the hoods are certified. |

| 3. Does the suit pass any type of NFPA Standard? |
| Yes, although there is currently no
NFPA standard for a fire evacuation suit,
the Xcape Safe™ Suit was tested and exceeded pyro-man requirements for
NFPA 2112 (an NFPA standard for Industrial style coveralls). |

| The Xscape Safe™ Suit was tested at North Carolina State University using the guidelines for NFPA 2112 and ASTM1930. |

| The Xscape Safe™ Suit is made of Gentex aluminized woven fiberglass fabric. |

| Yes,
the Xscape Safe™ Suit has been tested with the MSA S-Cap Smoke Hood,
Draeger Parat C Smoke Hood and the Purify Air 30M Smoke Hood. |

| 7. What is the intended use for the Xscape Safe™ Suit? |
| The Xscape Safe™ Suit is intended for evacuation purposes ONLY. It is NOT
intended for personnel to reenter a fire or perform firefighting duties. |

| The Smoke Hood and Xscape Safe™ Suit may be packaged in a small soft kit bag. |

| 9. What is the shelf-life of the Purify Air 30M Smoke Hood and Suit? |
| The Purify Air 30M Smoke Hood has a five year shelf-life and the Suit has a fifteen year shelf-life. |

training video is included with each Kit Bag with pictorial
instructions on the Kit Bag. A training session may be arranged upon
request. |
